 * BOAT ACCESS ONLY * This quaint, country style, beachfront cabin is located on the western shore of Anstey Arm on Shuswap Lake. It provides a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting. Located 30 minutes by boat from either Sicamous or Anglemont, it is situated in a quiet bay just north of the Cinnemousun Narrows with boat access only.
With a fabulous southeast view, the property receives sun from morning through early evening.
The 150 ft. of sandy beachfront provide plenty of room for all activities.

Relax or read on the quiet beach. Play horseshoes or build sand castles. Cool off or swim in the clear water. Bring along your mountain bikes or hiking boots and use the numerous trails behind the cabin. Go for trips in the rowboat or try your luck fishing. Use your boat for water sports or to make trips around the lake. As you arrive, you’ll land your boat on our 30 ft. dock. After you’ve unloaded you’ll be able to keep it secure on our mooring buoy. The cabin amenities include a woodburning cook stove, a propane stove, refrigerator and barbeque. Our gas generator provides lighting. Running water for washing and cleanup is available most of the year. Facilities include a covered washstand and a decorated outhouse. Nighttime facilities are provided by port-a-potties. The cabin is 1200 sq. ft. in size on two floors. The lower floor includes the kitchen, living room and one bedroom. The upper floor has the master bedroom and another large bedroom area. Enjoy the abundant antiques found throughout the cabin. There are two decks, one covered on the ground floor and a balcony off the master bedroom. Trees on the sides and back of the cabin provide shade and privacy. Evenings can be spent in Adirondack chairs around the fire pit watching the sunset and rising of the moon and stars. |
| Chop your own firewood from
our large woodpile for ambiance or for roasting marshmallows. The cabin is suitable for one to two families. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the ground floor bedroom has a double bed along with a single and the large bedroom area has a double bed along with three singles-great for the kids. There is also a small loft area above this area where another single bed is found. The cabin comes equipped with dishes, pots, pans etc. All bedding is provided. You can stay in communication easily due to the excellent cell phone reception at the site. All types of food, gas, clothing and rentals are easily obtained at the two sea stores located a few minutes away by boat at the Narrows. - Due to the risk of fire and out of respect for our health, no smoking is allowed in the cabin. - If you and your family would like to spend your vacation at our cabin, we are now booking for the months of April through October. The rates vary through the season.

& August In addition to the rental fee, we require a damage deposit of $500.00. In order to reserve your time, we require half the total weekly rate at the time of booking along with a post-dated cheque for the balance and the for the damage deposit. |
